“Delivery always arrives in good time from when the order is placed only trouble we had this time was that it was delivered to the wrong school and we had to go and pick it up.”

“Initially I was really disappointed that my order took 4 days extra to arrive when next day delivery is offered, and we didn’t have equipment for our Summer Camp. However, the box that we received was damaged by the courier and 1 box was missing and you have been brilliant in sorting this out via phone and email contact. So after awarding a poor review I have adjusted my review to the consider the service provided.”

“WPS Westward approached us as a new supplier, and as they had what we needed at a reasonable cost we decided to go with them. The quality and communication was perfect throughout, our rep Amy even followed up with us after the order. The only issue we had was that some of the books were not in stock but issues were highlighted prior to our order and no fault of the company.”

“One part of the order was here within a couple of days (mini whiteboards, pens and erasers) however, I was told the large whiteboard is coming from China and the delivery date is unknown; I may have to cancel this order and get a refund😏”

“Excellent service and very quick response to queries. Good 'common sense' approach as well, in not sending delayed orders out during school holidays. However, when orders are delayed due to lack of stock etc. it might be good to let customer know this.”
