“I love having an account manager with whom I can discuss our needs and queries. (Katie Payne) Delivery is always prompt. You are price comparable, and flexible too. You provide incentives, and let me know that we are a valued customer. You are happy to advise and offer samples to ease my decision making. You seem to understand the pressures and constraints of ordering on behalf of a very busy school. Your product quality and range is suitable.”
