WPS Westward approached us as a new supplier, and as they had what we needed at a reasonable cost we decided to go with them. The quality and communication was perfect throughout, our rep Amy even followed up with us after the order. The only issue we had was that some of the books were not in stock but issues were highlighted prior to our order and no fault of the company.
