“Misread the offer on wowcher and had to cancel the 2 bookings Rebook the correct deal I wanted. Contacted customer service they were very very good. They refunded my account very quickly. I am impressed Would recommend wowcher to my friends”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “I've placed an order it says something about redeeming a voucher, do I need to do this for my order to go through if so I don't know how to do it”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “Absolutely wonderful! Mouthwatering cakes, scones and sandwiches, served in a beautifully furnished and decorated lounge. The service from Daniel was impeccable and we were able to bring home some of the pastries we couldn't quite fit in! All washed down with a glass of Prosecco. It's my fourth visit and I have just booked the next one! Faultless 🥰”
