Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “Without wowcher customer service I would have made big mistake on my order, they always help me if I need help , and are always great, this stich is for my granddaughter, she's had to move so I'm hoping this will help her sleep , she's only three, so far my experience of wowcher have been nothing but good , thank you customer service and everyone at wowcher.”

“My experience is very poor. I was unable to purchase the correct activity ,and it has gone through twice due to pop ups blocking the page as I was on trying to pay. Which meant that the transaction went through twice . Plus the activity has changed from 90 min ,to 60min activity. I have tried to contact via whats app but I'm still waiting for a reply. So money has been taken twice and for the wrong activity.This is so frustrating ,why is there no contact number so I can speak to someone in customer service? I'm very upset and this hasn't been resolved yet.”
