“I was trying to order the Gucci inspired bag in black. Every time I clicked Proceed, it showed an empty cart, this must mean that the option has sold out. Your website should show this, instead of showing an empty shopping cart. I ordered a different colour instead.”

“Had a problem with my purchase being refunded as suspected fraudulent - it took a while of talking to customer service but they did also refund the extra charges which were not automatically refunded.”

“Ordering is very confusing. No obvious closure to end of purchase. Extra offers at end confusing. Bought twice in error. Had to search for contact info, not obvious to find. But refund now given after a night of anxiety.”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “The booking process was straight forward but the deal I put in my basked changed prices, which came as a bit of a nice surprise as the price went down. Still, it could have gone up so I learned that it's best to just book it right away.”

“It was delivered on time, the only reason i gave 4 stars was because i had to get my family to bring it upstairs to my flat, otherwise i would of had to pay the delivery guys to bring it up, thats the only thing i wasnt very happy about”

“I was quite nervous about booking on this site especially as my bank froze my card. After sorting that out I booked the voucher and followed the process and it all went smoothly. I would have given five stars if I didn't have the problem with the bank.”

“Very exciting concept, the deal for the mystery holiday is very interesting and makes these experiences way more accessible. The only improvement I could wish for was that the terms for the holdiday and bookings were layed out a little clearer as all the information can become a little overwhelming. However, other than that it's an exellent deal and I can't wait for my holiday.”
