“I found the system difficult to use but the complaints department were very helpful and friendly. It turned out that their website had misfunctioned but the complaints department sorted it out.”

“I was happy with my purchase, but was unable to use my wallet against the purchase. Also when I was paying it came up with my D Or B was not right. But there was nowhere showing I had entered it. So I had to come out completely and then go back in and complete it all again.”
