“It started off OK but when I went to redeem the voucher the page locked on something else, about joining something else, and it took me a while to complete the order.”

“Easy transaction but... Does it really need FIVE to seven emails to do it? Voucher receipt, voucher code, voucher redeemed x2, plus survey request, and also two from PayPal. It's ridiculous. There must be a better way.”

“Very confusing order receipt procedure and information. Bombarded with stuff that is just not necessary or wanted! Placing an order is also confusing. Too much stuff all the time! 🤪”

“Wowcher is great for bargains but it should be a lot easier to redeem your voucher and pay. Far too much unnecessary selling ie extending your voucher, protecting your voucher… just let us buy with one click what we purchased in the first place.”
