“Item hasn't arrived in the time stated it's been 18 days and still not here”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “What an appalling company.Cant talk to anyone if you have a problem.Finally after several days and issues offered option 1 which was credit plus £2.50(really,why would I risk purchasing from you again!)Option 2 refund but can take up to 10 days before it's back in my account!Are you serious!Appalling service all round,I will be deleting wowcher once I've got my money back!”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “I never knew you did mens and womens mystery beauty boxes. I look forward to high end goodies and to be suprised. Something like this is great for all those who love luxury but can’t afford the high end price mark. Hope there are mega goodies. I shall then upload when I receive and leave another review Amer x”
