“Scam company. I ordered something for my wife. It was never delivered. There was an email address to contact the company direct. This email address did not exist. I complained twice to Wowcher. They didn't even bother to answer. Avoid at all costs.”

“All went well but I think it’s a bit unfair that until you get to checkout you find out additional postage charges some being high. I have spent a lot on Wowcher today but adding postage per item increases the price a lot.”

“The first time I tried to buy the Weather Station, I failed, mostly because I found the proceedure unclear. Maybe it could be more obvious? On my second attempt, I worked my way through it, to end up being successful (as you know) I hope my persistance ends up with a satisfactory purchase.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately.
