“Taken over £200 which is stuck in a 'wallet' but can not spend as the product will NOT add to the basket. Spent 4-5 months and approx 70 emails but customer service is at best APPALLING. This is a very dishonest company with more interest in taking your money NO interest in helping customers. A faceless entity DO NOT BUY FROM THUS COMPANY”

“I had £37 in my wallet and i thought like any other genuine company its going to be there and stay there and when i had time i can use it but today I went to use it and it has disappeared i wished i had brought in Amazon my money would have been still in my account I will never buy from this company again, day time robbery.”
