“Felt misled as advert tended to lead you to think the restaurant was in the shard. Meal extras at the restaurant were very pricey. The meal quality was good. Problem with the booking web links resulting in have to make a number of telephone calls - overall nice experience given the above.”

“Bought a 3 seeter garden set. Delivery was 2 days later which was fantastic, but the instructions were a lot to be desired, good product although the glass on the table is very unsafe..”

“Found it very confusing to redeem vouchers against products. My bank account was showing that my payment for product had been accepted but I didnt have any confirmation of the order. A bit concerning and not easy to understand”

“Good sized and ok for power. Remote doesn’t work but I’m not bothered as was just too hot without a cooler. It works, the cooler function works ok. For the price it’s a fair item.”
