“On occasions it is impossible to contact the seller x especially re a non delivery x use wowcher email and the message gets returned x result is I dont get what I paid for and cant get in touch with anyone x this is not the first time but may be my last”

“Wowcher is easy to use, the goods however may not be what you expect. Avoid buying from China, their sizing and quality control is undesirable and they duck out of refunding. Pictures of the items are often not realistic eg the item may be a 10th of the size of the portrayal or the actual quality of the item may be 1 out of 10. Choose your purchases carefully.”

“First time I have bought from wowcher. Correspondence is shocking . My parcel didnt come when stated so I emailed both the company and wowcher no response from either. I then did the live chat , what a joke Did I get a bargain ! Dont know yet until it's used. Dont think I would by from wowcher again after reading all the negative reviews”

“I ordered this order a week ago but didn’t realise what I needed to do. I have sorted the issue out with an agent but the delivery date is 8th January. I wanted it before Christmas. I can’t answer the questions, haven’t received the order.”
