“Wowcher is easy to use, the goods however may not be what you expect. Avoid buying from China, their sizing and quality control is undesirable and they duck out of refunding. Pictures of the items are often not realistic eg the item may be a 10th of the size of the portrayal or the actual quality of the item may be 1 out of 10. Choose your purchases carefully.”

“First time I have bought from wowcher. Correspondence is shocking . My parcel didnt come when stated so I emailed both the company and wowcher no response from either. I then did the live chat , what a joke Did I get a bargain ! Dont know yet until it's used. Dont think I would by from wowcher again after reading all the negative reviews”

“I ordered this order a week ago but didn’t realise what I needed to do. I have sorted the issue out with an agent but the delivery date is 8th January. I wanted it before Christmas. I can’t answer the questions, haven’t received the order.”

“Great idea. Not so sure about the support through WhatsApp? For whatever reason, I couldn't redeem the voucher through the company website and wanted to ask for advice. The reply was minimal, several hours later and didn't really provide me with accurate guidance. I did however manage to get the product ordered but unfortunately due to the time delay, the items won't arrive in time for Christmas. A bit of a shame.”

“Did not understand how to redeem vouchers thought I had automatically bought item when I paid so was wondering why it was taking ages to be delivered redemption was confusing and also when I did realise one of my vouchers sent me to another site to sort and have been unable to do so will end up reclaiming for something else”
