Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher/ Livingsocial voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will credit refund to your Wowcher/Livingsocial account as a gesture of goodwill, this is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “I like the idea of it and have benefited from some nice deals in the past, I didn't like my experience today when I got in tangled in the VIP membership thing whilst trying to buy something and then couldn't undo it. I felt tricked into paying for something I hadn't really intended to sign up for and now I am trying to extricate myself or work out the details!!”
