“It's not very clear how to complete the purchase on wowcher, clearer instructions would be a good idea. Also I think 39.99 delivery for the pergola I bought was too much and I wasn't aware of this until I'd checked out on wowcher. Had I known the delivery charge was so much I would have bought it from Robert Dyas which would've been at least 20 pounds cheaper with no delivery fee. I would be a lot more cautious when purchasing any other goods from Wowcher!”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher/ Livingsocial voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will credit refund to your Wowcher/Livingsocial account as a gesture of goodwill, this is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “Having to pay, and then use the voucher straight after is an annoyance, wowcher should incorporate it all in one fee, along with the delivery. Would be a much more streamlined and enjoyable service”

“Placing the order was iintially okay. Once the order was complete I was bombarded with redeem voucher etc which confused me. After the placed order was confirmed via PayPal, I received emails minutes later stating it was sitting in the basket waiting for the order to complete. This was confusing. Some steps here, could be eliminated, so as not to confuse the buyer or explained in detail what to do next. I had to lodge a complaint in order to complete the order”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details and pay for the delivery, to receive delivery of your order.
