“I found it easy to use the Wowcher system, redeeming the wowcher I was given two options one of which was to go straight to the merchant and via a phone number given. I paid for the wowcher with my paypal account contacted the merchant direct and booked with them. I then received an email from wowcher saying my deal was on hold and to redeem as soon as possible. Still don't know what this means so I have just ignored it as my deal is paid for and booked, it's just very confusing.”

“Product arrived in less than a week however, when opening the box we could see the glass top was completely shattered. We contacted the supplier who responded the same day & advised they had sent a replacement. Again received within a few days… no hassle & sorted very promptly which was great! I am experiencing difficulties with another purchase currently who unfortunately are no where near as efficient as this supplier.”

“Found it rather unsatisfactory this time Have ordered from Wowcher many times usually without much difficulty.A few days ago I ordered three items but found more items than needed in my basket but I could not delete the ones I did not want. I tried to email and was informed that it was not possible to email. I tried to call but as unable to find a number. So I am somewhat disappointed . I hope when I go into my orders I will have more success in removing unwanted items.”
