“Found it rather unsatisfactory this time Have ordered from Wowcher many times usually without much difficulty.A few days ago I ordered three items but found more items than needed in my basket but I could not delete the ones I did not want. I tried to email and was informed that it was not possible to email. I tried to call but as unable to find a number. So I am somewhat disappointed . I hope when I go into my orders I will have more success in removing unwanted items.”

“A lot of the items on Wowcher are not what they claim in the advertising when you receive them. Hydrangeas I bought that were supposed to be royal blue with white edges, had just plain white flowers, soon died and I could have bought them any where for half the price. I bought Microsoft Office 365 for Home & Student but that only partially worked - I was promised a refund but never got it. I recently bought a Wowcher for an afternoon tea but that would not print out properly and I will have to go for the tea before I planned, because I have no Paper Wowcher.”

“I tried to buy this door sign in December 2019. I thought it was ordered for a Christmas present. The order never went through and I didn’t spot it till too late the voucher had expired. I ordered one for myself last year which I’m delighted. Today I’ve ordered another as a present and I have had trouble with their website and I have bought 2 vouchers.”

“I can never copy and paste copy is fine but paste. Never comes up and so I lose out of £15 on my next purchase ,it's a headache to keep trying to get this done, as I know u have some brilliant goods, I normally go to another site who doesn't do this, thankyou”

“Find it difficult sometimes to get voucher codes to work, have lost 2 wowchers because of this and one supplier did not give me a refund or replacement for faulty goods. Do like the concept of Wowcher”

“Some of the items sold are made in China and once bought; you're stuck with them as one do not receive refund however some items are perfect”
