“I have used Wowcher many times but I always have some issue when using it. Either it doesn’t like my postcode or my credit cards. This is extremely frustrating. It’s always difficult to talk to someone on the phone. Contact us on WhatsApp which isn’t straight forward either.”

“Still having problems ordering items . Tried to order mens watch at £12.99 , only to be told l'd already ordered one ; which l obviously hadn't. Needless to say l didn't get it .”

“Would have rated higher except on this occasion there was an error message that popped up saying the item could not be purchased using the quick pay link. So went and purchased again however. However minutes later I got the usual email to confirm purchase on both items and only wanted one. Jujitsu find it a hassle raising wowcher credit through no fault of my own ..”

“This is a bit like being asked to write a review of a football match at half time! I have placed an order but I do not know that it will arrive on time, if at all, (it hasn't arrived as yet) or whether the quality of the product will match the information which persuaded me to buy it. However the website involved in making the purchase was clear and easy to follow. In football terms a 2-0 lead; now for the second half. I will be happy to re-review at a later date”
