“The help I had from Wowcher has been excellent, I just find it very hard to navigate my way through the site. Deals exceptional but most large deals beds, garden furniture etc regrettably not available in NI”

“First time user. Got a bit confused at the mention of ‘redeeming’ vouchers so just went for it and pushed buttons. Will see how long item takes to come before I know if I’ll use again.”

“not a bad site some items are cheaper on other sites so a bit misleading. set up to suggest you are getting a great deal. not always the case. disappointing in that regard”

“No problem with the products or quality. Major frustrations with website. Problems logging in, problems withthe basket! You only have to look at something and its in your basket, and god forbid if you change your mind and want to delete or empty it. Oops error pops up and you cantdo it, so you end up not looking at things.”

“Actual website is very good but have always had difficulty withhhe voucher bits and also Missing items which were not delivered and when I rang up I was told to get in touch with the actual supplier whose phone is always engaged.”

“Thought it was bees knees as i have traded for years. Until now. Over last few order having great difficulty redeeming them. Its getting to a stage i will stop trading. To many sites they are traded wth to get your order.”

“I had a bit of a problem trying to receive a refund on a item that I had to return , it took few months but eventually I did receive a full refund from them . But I'm sure it was just a blip and it wont happen again , the products are not to bad , 🤔😏”

“Difficult to print voucher from I pad and to get refunds during Covid When you do get a credit it has a restricted shelf life and their booking fee is not refunded. Having said that there are some great deals.”

“I have used Wowcher many times but I always have some issue when using it. Either it doesn’t like my postcode or my credit cards. This is extremely frustrating. It’s always difficult to talk to someone on the phone. Contact us on WhatsApp which isn’t straight forward either.”

“Still having problems ordering items . Tried to order mens watch at £12.99 , only to be told l'd already ordered one ; which l obviously hadn't. Needless to say l didn't get it .”
