“Used for the first time in August. When my delivery arrived the box was opened, when I tried to put the parts together a major part was missing. I sent it back, took over a week for the company to acknowledge the return, they then informed Wowcher. It is now two weeks and no refund from Wowcher they keep asking the same stupid questions over and over, I have supplied photos of the return postage, along with photos and emails confirming that the firm has received it back, still no refund, will probably end up in the small claims court. Date of experience: 18 August 2024”
