“I am absolutely disgusted with the way that wowcher has done nothing to help after sending me badly damaged refurbished dell chromebooks. The casing is not fixed around the keyboard and they do not turn off. They are faulty electrical items that are not fit for purpose. I am an elderly lady who has saved all year to provide my grandchildren with chromebooks in time for starting senior school. I have emailed many many times over the last few weeks to receive the same email over and over requesting pics and a list of the issues. Each time I send this information I receive the same email asking for pics and to list the issues. I have an appointment this Friday with trading standards to look at taking them to the small courts . I feel I have been left with no other option . I would not purchase through them again, I have two upset grandchildren and all this could of been avoided if they had just sent me return details for my refund. Wendy”

“When I ordered my item, I mistakenly didn’t redeem my Wowcher. When my item didn’t arrive I realised what I had done, but it had expired. You very kindly credited my account so that I could reorder my item, which I am very grateful for. This is excellent customer service and I will certainly be shopping Wowcher again. “No Issues, purchasing wowcher, but the extra 10% discount,could not be redeemed, so I was unhappy with that as i was spending nearly £300 pounds. NOT IMPRESSED!”
