“Buying all good. But I have a pending payment for Wowcher and it’s double the amount. As for contacting you by email, apparently the email address is not in use.”

“Looked a good deal for £6 and buying a couple for presents then realised the £3:50 postage was for every purchase so over 50% of the purchase cost which hurts!”

“Ordering product was simple until I discovered the item I had ordered had in fact not been ordered and had to redeem a voucher . Which I have now done .as this is My first order I wasn't aware this is how wowcher worked”

“If you have a query to get it sorted out takes months. I have had several including refunds and still trying to get answers. I even asked for prints of my accounts or 1 person to deal with. Not happened , very dissatisfied.”

“Ok if you dont want help with things going wrong, so we no longer order expensive items as there was no guarantee past the 21 days which is less than the UK standard 12 months”

“Wowcher is great apart from 2 things. The variety of deals on offer rarely change and if you have a problem the only way to contact is by Whatsapp, which is O.K. if you have a mobile. No mobile - no help. Who is the dozy prat that decided to close the e-mail site and what was the reason for it? Why, when you contact customer services, you have to do it through Whatsapp. Why no e-chat on the site?”
