“The only part of wowcher that falls short is contact. You need to spark with c/s it's not that easy no telephone communication none. You send an email to one of many only to Have your email to go back to you wrong email address .you need help with a problem after sale your told to contact the seller. When it's Spencer who took the order.you get your refund in total put into your account with wowcher and if you want it into your metered of payment you don't get your postage .this in fairness is down to who you get to help you. I know we are in corpus but ever before it was still hard to get c/s .I use wowcher a lot but I wish you would address this prob yes there is live help but by the time you give your info 3 plus times and wait to speak the answer is not always helpful.”

“Usually wowcher are 100% on the ball, but recently I needed to contact wowcher about an item purchased but had to wait 5 days and by the time one of the people on the chat line even though was helpful and the best one for getting back to me promptly I had solved the problem myself by contacting the seller. This present day climate has made a lot of things very difficult and has put a lot of pressure on a lot of firms. Eventually I recieved the goods so no harm done.”

“I ordered some bedding back in December and it still hasn't arrived ,then I ordered one phone charger and you've took money from my PayPal for three when I only ordered the one ,then I was going to order my granddaughter a size 6 lounger suite but it's saying there's 2 items in my basket so I had to leave the suite as I'm not paying over 30.00 for something your displaying for 19.99 I'm really getting fed up of the no response I've sent email's and texts and you don't reply so I won't be ordering till you sort what's going on ,to be honest I'm being kind with 3 stars all this has done is cause me alot of unnecessary stress .”

“I bought Reclining Gaming Chair- Footrest and Massage Function from Modish Furnishing. It was a present for my Husband. The chair is nice, very comfortable but Massage Function doesn't work! The chair came without any instructions on how to set up the Massage Function! I don't know who is responsible for checking things like that but I am very disappointed!”

“Sometimes good bargains are available but beware of the companies especially clothes who put up pictures which are not the true product, shown quality or look anything like you expect. Been caught out a number of times clothes wise. Cheap chinese rubbish, straight to the bin.”
