“Ordered 3 GPS trackers expecting a £5 discount to be applied. This was not applied so now contacted customer services to obtain the £5 refund.”

“Process all swift and delivery usually comes within said times. However the postage fees are becoming more of an issue. They are always in the fine print which is way down the page and should be in the main description. Also when it states starts from for postage that should be an acceptable postage time and not having to pay a lot more for something to be delivered in 3-5 working days. Cost of delivery on certain items sometimes are more than the actual cost of the item and making it cheaper to buy elsewhere. Almost false advertising”

“Possibly being of an older generation didn’t understand if I had bought the voucher or not, also didn’t understand email telling me to cut and paste. Fortunately I have a very good post office near and they sorted it all out for me, so noI didn’t find this easy.”

“Booked a 3 course meal at Royal Horesguards. Received a response - clicked on Get Voucher - not able to get a voucher. Then clicked on Hotel URL - get taken to Open table. Tried to book through Open Table - not functioning. Phoned hotel - able to book date and time that I wanted - mentioned Open table and they said that often happens. BUT they want to see Voucher. Went back - clicked on Get Voucher again - still unable to get Voucher. So decided to Gift it to myself. Received Gift E-mail - able to print off pdf Voucher. This is a long way around to get a Voucher.”

“Goods came a week or so later than expected date and no response to my emails. That being said when it did arrive it was good product nice and toasty wearing it. I’ve ordered another, the only thing I’d say is when you don’t get a response when you email to ask if the goods are still coming , it makes you think it’s a scam and your going to have to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund. It’s better to give a delivery date you can achieve than on you cant, the second order says it’ll arrive by Monday 31st so waiting to see if that happens,”

“Surprise birthday meal. Sadly very disappointed with the redeem date as it was for my partners birthday on 14 November and the voucher expires 42 October and I can’t use it as I have covid.”

“Advertised product at £19.99 got to checkout and was £24.99 , this was not P&P that was a further £4:99. Website was easy to used and voucher redemption easy enough, just need more honest pricing .”

“I needed a refund. It was not the easiest thing to get. It is now sorted and at least I shall be getting it. Some of the fault was mine not checking before ordering. I. Would try again if I found something I wanted.”

“The short breaks do not always give you the dates you can book. This means you must buy the voucher & then may not be able to your chosen hotel on your chosen dates. Having bought the voucher it says to ring the venue to book, but on doing so we were told to go back on line to book. All very complicated”

“It was easy to order and register but I've not managed to actually, find my account to view. Also, I was sent an email of confirmation which sends you to a link. I've tried this but doesn't work telling me there's an error on this page.”

“Just arrived back from a mini cruise to Amsterdam, P & O Ferries amazing however the deal applied that transfers are included , they are......to Amsterdam where you are abandoned miles from your hotel with no clue where it was/is. the metro and a bus later we finally found it thanks only to the guidance of the very friendly Dutch people. could have been better...........”
