“Advertised product at £19.99 got to checkout and was £24.99 , this was not P&P that was a further £4:99. Website was easy to used and voucher redemption easy enough, just need more honest pricing .”

“I needed a refund. It was not the easiest thing to get. It is now sorted and at least I shall be getting it. Some of the fault was mine not checking before ordering. I. Would try again if I found something I wanted.”

“The short breaks do not always give you the dates you can book. This means you must buy the voucher & then may not be able to your chosen hotel on your chosen dates. Having bought the voucher it says to ring the venue to book, but on doing so we were told to go back on line to book. All very complicated”

“Wowcher is great itself but somehow payed another payed another amount to get early notices, didn't realise what I did untill saw my bank, and I'd payed an extra payment for this.”

“It was easy to order and register but I've not managed to actually, find my account to view. Also, I was sent an email of confirmation which sends you to a link. I've tried this but doesn't work telling me there's an error on this page.”

“Just arrived back from a mini cruise to Amsterdam, P & O Ferries amazing however the deal applied that transfers are included , they are......to Amsterdam where you are abandoned miles from your hotel with no clue where it was/is. the metro and a bus later we finally found it thanks only to the guidance of the very friendly Dutch people. could have been better...........”
