“Good product and deal but didn't mention would require further post and package payment.”

“I recently purchased a mattress from yourself via clearpay which was easy to follow what I didn’t know was that I had to redeem the vouchers via the Wowcher app when I did this I was charged £19.99 for delivery despite that I had already paid for delivery via clearpay I now have to contact yourself or clearpay to find out who will reimburse me £19.99”

“Have just paid by cc for goods. It's not immediately transparent if transaction has gone through. Also the optional annual purchase of 4.99 should only be applied after the transaction. Not at the same time. This is an underhanded attempt to increase the sale value.”

“I can't usually complain, but the original sun lounger was out of stock, refund was issued supposedly to original way i paid, however I was given wowcher credit instead despite paying by clearpay, I had already found a lounger and was awaiting the clear pay refund to purchase a new one which wasn't on wowcher, but I was left having to use wowcher credit that I was given, trying to find who I spoke to about the redundancy was the most difficult time ever despite being VIP and supposedly it's suppose to be easy”

“When I made a purchase, I didn't realise there was a box already automatically selected for exclusive things on wowcher. I don't use this site and this was a one off, the box should not be selected and you should be asked if you would like this as an extra!!”
