“First time I have used wowcher, this airfryer is cheap but am a bit apprehensive of this website. Didn't say that there would be a delivery charge aswell. Literally just ordered it delivery is saying 10 days”

“I had difficulty understanding whether the item I ordered had been processed as I did not get a Wowcher notification this only came through after I had clicked on the order a second time, which ended up with ordering the item twice. I think the instructions on how Vouchers are redeemed could be explained more clearly especially if the customer has not used the site before or in a long time.”

“I like the offers Wowcher has, but occasionally it can be confusing how to book certain things. It was also frustrating that I couldn't get a refund on a deal that we were unable to book due to them ceasing trading. We did get credit, which I've now been able to use but the process was not an easy one and I was treated as if I were trying to cheat the system.”

“I recently purchased a mattress from yourself via clearpay which was easy to follow what I didn’t know was that I had to redeem the vouchers via the Wowcher app when I did this I was charged £19.99 for delivery despite that I had already paid for delivery via clearpay I now have to contact yourself or clearpay to find out who will reimburse me £19.99”

“Have just paid by cc for goods. It's not immediately transparent if transaction has gone through. Also the optional annual purchase of 4.99 should only be applied after the transaction. Not at the same time. This is an underhanded attempt to increase the sale value.”
