Thank you for your feedback The item was shipped in a box in acid free tissue We also offer options for Steiff gift boxes for the extra special present, which I noticed wasn’t taken up Customer Services 🐻

“I bought 2 Bear passports for my grandchildren. We're getting photo's taken of the bears to put in their passports. Can't wait to see the faces when we give them for their holiday. Lovely idea and the passports are just like the adult ones. Well done and thank you”
