“I was looking for a Steiff bear for my grandson and did a search online for the particular bear I wanted. I picked World of Bears as I like to support independent retailers. I inadvertently put my old address in to the order but this was quickly rectified with a phone call. The bear was dispatched the same day and delivered the next day. Excellent service. Thank you WOB”

Thank you for your review, we have investigated and the reason its being re-routed is an incorrect postcode was given. Parcels are sorted automatically by the 2D barcode printed on the label, so Royal Mail have had to manually intervene to send to correct delivery depot Any questions, please contact us on headbear@worldofbears.com Customer Services

“Great choice and delivery was fast. I had an issue with checkout but this was handled really well once I called. The order system failed to recognise my payment approval and my order ended up in limbo. One phone call and this was sorted. Easy to do business with. I would use again. Things do sometimes go wrong but it's all about how it gets fixed and dealt with. World of Bears handled the hiccough really well.”
