“Brilliant customer service. Wrong delivery address on the original order ( my fault ) and even though the order status had moved to “Despatched” the very helpful lady retrieved the package from the despatch point and relabelled with my new address. So friendly and helpful and of course the cuddly toy which I ordered was perfect. 😁😁”

“They are absolutely brilliant. I rang because I needed the crocodile in a bit of a hurry and he turned up the very next day. He is every bit as good as his description and picture - the detailing is superb. He has been a real hit so far”

“I ordered a Bearington Collection bear called Theodore to celebrate the birth of our son. The delivery was quick but I was sent the wrong bear. I sent and enquiry and customer service was excellent. Responded promptly, offered to replace the bear and sent a return label for me to send the first bear back to them, free of charge. Everything was dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner. Now I have Theodore to take milestone pictures of my son, Teddy with.”
