“This was a present for a customer of ours who had a knee replacement, we are looking after her dogs for a few weeks whilst she recovers, as she misses them so much I thought it would be nice to get her a couple of alter ego's. She was thrilled to receive them and the service was super quick.”

“I bought a Bearington Huggies for my granddaughter who is expecting her first baby and it was so beautiful I have bought a second one for another granddaughter. The bear was out of stock but World of Bears were great and sent me an email to tell me when it was back in stock. I would highly recommend this company”

“I would just like to say a huge thankyou to world of bears for my purchase of Chewie the yorkshire terrier dog toy as my mum has dementia and without your website I would never have found a little dog similar to my mums own pet called Bonnie .I purchased 3 of these as my mums first one went missing in hospital and she was devastated at losing it as she thought her real wee dog had passed away I am so glad I had another one to replace first one so glad to say she is one happy wee lady now .Thankyou so much .”

“I bought a ‘My First Bear’ for my second granddaughter from you. I bought the first Bear from a shop and can in a free Box the same size as the Bear. Your Bear was delivered with a Box, which I’d paid extra for, which was approx half the size of the Bear. Consequently the Bear was folder and squashed into the Box. Very disappointing for my second granddaughter.”

Thank you for the feedback, the box provided was the correct one, with the bear slightly sitting in it, the next size up is huge, we have fed this back to Steiff to see if different size boxes can be made, but at this time these are the sizes and have been for some considerable time im afraid.
