I do not like your new booking website , I tried over and over to book my 5th holiday with you , I could not get past stage 2 on my PC .Eventually I tried my tablet and that was successful . I think your website gets worse each year . Last year we couldn't access the events and entertainment program at all , apparently that isn't available anymore ,We do like to know what's going on , and when before we arrive , not after .

Not a great website. It is confusing to follow and when finally making a booking the application of discounts is confusing. I also upgraded the accomodation to the "new" silver lodge but unfortunately the additional £20 is not imediately recognised and only becomes apparent a few screens in. Stephen

Tried 5 times to book online, nearly gave up, it would not let me pay for the holiday. 3 hours it took me. As it costs so much to ring I had to book on line or not at all.

Unable to recognise my password when booking. Asked to renew password but didn't receive email in reply. Tried 3 times without success. Contacted adviser on chat line - Hannah - who replied promptly so this worked well but in the end managed to book as new person to bypass current account. This went ahead without problems Overall found system more difficult to use than expected

Weren't very cooperative or sympatheric when trying to move holiday to later date due to situation outside our control. Was told that it would be impossible to move to a later date only earlier date. When questioning reason why they simply said it was in the t's and c's rather than give a reason why this would not be possible. Now out of pocket by £100 and disappointed children. While i appreciate it is not their fault we can not attend on our initial date I fee it was handled badly. Would not use again.

I had problems while waiting for my bank details to be verified . Had to go to online chat who was very helpful but difficult as was in a coffee shop doing the booking as I was on a road trip at the time

The system does not allow you to search all dates in a particular park available in one type of accommodation. I only wanted Woolacombe Bay and only exclusive caravan as stayed in these before. It's not easy to find what is available.

I have filed a complaint whilst on holiday at the caravan site and also when customer services called me back and went through the complaint and then spoke to the manager and having made countless telephone havent had a reply. So I asked to speak to the director,who i am led to believe is ruddy,i dont know if the spelling is correct but surely it is rude to let down customers if they have been caused stress and have been let down by after enjoying a good holiday previously. hence,if i cant get hold of rudi the director can fellow travellers help to get the park to adress my complaint as our holiday was marred and am still awaiting redress . Location is beautiful but caravans and all the facilities need a good clean. Very disappointing! Positives - evening entertainment was brilliant apart from Peter Kay look a like comedian. We left the site early due to bad weather and had no interest in staying in this dirty overpriced place.

I was disappointed with my experience on this occasion. My original choice was a Beach Retreat at the Twitchen House site, as part of you bank holiday two night offer. The original price quoted was £159, and there was one remaining. On selecting to book the item the price increased to £179. Sadly I changed my selection out of principle.

Quite difficult to navigate website to get an overall overview of site and then refine information to an ultimate booking. On line chat useful. Didn't like all of the "extras" on top of the offer price. Booked a pet friendly lodge but somehow lost the cost of the 2 dogs during the booking process & will have to contact again to add these. Missed this additional cost when I was checking booking as so many added extras to check.
