“I still have this old stain in my living area that I think is a wax stain left for the last Year.... I did it and I was told that will desapear... And then the other thing is that you need to update your system because you didn't know who I was and what I had done 2 years ago....”

“I have been using Wizard to clean my carpets for many years now and wouldn't use anyone else. I have very occasionally tried other cheaper companies during this time and have always been disappointed with the result. Wizard carpet cleaners nearly always use expensive carpet cleaning machines that not only do the job properly but also ensure that the carpet is properly dry after a few hours. I also like the way the company has a good reception service who one can communicate with by telephone and email.”

“Wizard Cleaning have been so professional, helping us to clean a flat that we had to move out of quickly. We asked them to focus on the bathrooms, kitchen, and interior windows, while we could focus on hoovering and dusting. They did a really good job, and before they left the property, they asked if we were happy and if there was anything else they could help with. They also followed up with a phone call to check that we were happy. All in all, a great experience!”

“Brilliant service. My landlord asked me to get an end of tenancy carpet clean which I thought would be a waste of time as carpets were in a sad state and had been down for about 8 years. But I was amazed with the result. Very friendly professional company. Kept me updated with arrival time and other information.”

“My flat has carpeted floors throughout, except in the living room and kitchen, and over the years, it had become quite dirty. I had previously hired others to perform a deep cleaning of my carpet, but the results were rather disappointing, and I was informed that it was the best that could be achieved. Therefore, when I contacted Wizard Cleaning in Hackney, I did not have high expectations. However, they responded promptly and did an outstanding job. The difference was clearly visible, and I am very pleased with the results.”
