“The carpets are really clean and my allergies have reduced significantly. We've had some really bad carpet cleaners in the past. Recently I discovered the NCCA (National Carpet Cleaners Association). Wizard are registered with them and did an excellent job.”

“Carpet clean was completed in minutes and made no visible difference. Very disappointed and so got a different carpet cleaner to come in and do the carpets the following week.”

Hi Joe thank you for your feedback it does depend on wear and tear of the carpets/sofas that maybe why did not come up as well as the first time. On your next clean if you mention the areas that did not come up as well we will do our best to see if can make any further improvements. Thanks Jon
