“I’ve been using Wizard to clean my carpets for around 10 years now across two houses. They are always accommodating with scheduling My bookings and each time the carpets have looked amazing. Great value for money and in and out very quickly. Would highly recommend.”

“From start to finish, Homayoon was professional, courteous, and exceptionally thorough in his approach. His attention to detail was outstanding, and it was clear that he takes great pride in delivering a high standard of work. The property had a number of stubborn stains and marks left behind by the previous tenants, many of which I had assumed would be impossible to remove. However, Homayoon managed to remove these and restore the carpets to an excellent condition, significantly improving the overall presentation of the property. Communication was excellent throughout. He arrived as agreed, worked diligently, and ensured that every aspect of the job was completed to a very high standard. The property was left looking fresh, clean, and ready for its new occupants. At Option Homes, we regularly work with contractors and service providers, and it is always refreshing to deal with someone who is reliable, conscientious, and committed to delivering quality results. I would happily instruct Wizard Cleaning again and would highly recommend Homayoon and his team to landlords, managing agents, and homeowners alike. Option Homes”

“I would not let this Company anywhere near my furniture again; they completely ruined an expensive sofa, leaving it with bleached-out streaks. The sofa is having to be re-upholstered at considerable cost.”

This appears to be a rare chemical reaction, something we have not previously encountered in 25 years . We are currently working with the customer and are in the process of resolving the issue

“I’m disappointed in the sense that you charged me for the use of hoover but it was not brought and was not necessary and I had to pay the same amount for extra like six stairs and I was not refunded the £12 I paid for hoover that was needed in my cleaning but still charged £12 for the cleaning of 6 staircase”
