“The Gun Cabinet is as described and I am very happy with it. The reason for the 3 star review is the claim of next day delivery. I ordered on a Monday (before 3 pm) in order to take advantage of the next day delivery as I would be in. The first attempt to deliver was on the Thursday (when I was out) and I finally got it on the Friday. I emailed the address provided on the receipt but got no acknowledgement or answer. I then had to phone to find out where the cabinet was and then phone the delivery company. A good product let down by customer service and the lack of next day delivery, despite it being advertised.”

“Fast efficient web service but the delivery was not as detailed which was disappointing. It was listed as next day delivery but never arrived so I had to contact the company to see where my order was, only to be informed that it had not been dispatched for next day delivery. It was finally delivered the following day.”

“Re Burton Claymore 12. Ordered safe, however item not exactly as described as item is not flock lined as stated and arrived without installation instructions, which may now mean that overnight cash value is compromised. I will now be wasting my time with umpteen follow up emails and I'll have to delay my new floor installation until I receive the correct information. On the plus side the safe was well packaged and arrived undamaged.”

“website ,and ordering system is find ,BUT the delivery service is crap,, they just use the cheapest crap carriers ,the drive could not even find the right street,???”

“The gun cabinet should be fine when it gets inspected on Wednesday, you will know if it does not pass. As for the fixing bolts which came with the cabinet I shall give you 1/10 ...!! Absolutely rubbish.! I had to go out and spend £15 on some heavy duty well made bolts. Jason Kostilek”

“This is a substantial cabinet with excellent vault locking. It is very heavy. It was probably more than I wanted to pay but I have seen inferior cabinets: smaller, without separate ammunition compartment, less substantial, smaller capacity and without the space to accept scoped rifles. They promised next day delivery, I ordered it on a Friday and it was with me by midday on Monday (next working day). My only complaint is that the cardboard packaging had a couple of rips in it and when I opened it I noted that there were three places on the paintwork that had been scraped down to the bare metal.”
