Sadly guys I'm not impressed. I checked out your website for a hard rifle case and saw a couple of very competitively priced cases which interested me. I started to order the Buffalo case only to find it wasnt in stock. I then changed my order to a second choice and completed the order Process. I then received an email saying you don't have that one either and you don't know when you'll have it in stock. I asked when the Buffalo one was coming back in stock and no response. Really disappointing and im still waiting to hear back on next steps.

Ordered a rifle safe. Had a good conversation with the girl on the phone who clearly knew her product. Ordered online despite them not being the cheapest, and that it might take a couple of weeks to arrive as they were out of stock. On the order form I asked for a call/e-mail to let me know what day it would arrive as Three days later I am at home on a week day because of needing to get a plumber in. A truck turns up with my safe. It was pure chance that I was in. Winterfield simply take the order and pass it to the manufacturer who completes. Is it that hard to figure out when it is going to turn up and send me an e-mail?

Ordered 2 shotgun cabinets and paid for 2 my friends wife had the day off work to take the delivery and only one delivered. No explanation or email to say items dispatched . A day wasted and still waiting for one cabinet customer service lady very nice but that is not what I expect for service

Placed the order as a "Next Day" delivery! That was on the 31st December so didn't expect until the Friday, however as of Monday 5th 1.25pm still not got it! So review a little premature. Suggest you make a priority that goods are actually delivered before a review is requested!

Have had the Sage payment order confirmed, but have not heard back yet from Sixty Stores, from whom I bought the gun & ammo safes, the response I'm awaiting is a delivery date for the safe which is out of stock..

There are supposed to be 4 Bolts for the Gun Cabinet. In the delivery to me there were only 3 Bolts and one was faulty. What must I do, there are 4 Blts needed to fix the Gun Cabinet to the wall

I bought a 3 gun cabinet and it came the next day as promised. On opening the box I found the paint on the top right hand corner had cracked and come away, no big deal I thought as it had probably been dropped in transit and cracked paint wasn't going to stop the safe from functioning as it should. Anyway I was eager to get the cabinet installed as the next evening the police were coming to inspect the installation ready for my shotgun certificate being granted, as I checked the locks and closed the door I noticed a 10mm gap on the top edge of the door thus preventing the lock from catching!!! As mentioned before my inspection was due so I had no choice but to modify the safe where the door hinge was connected to the cabinet by drilling a new hole in the piece of steal that was welded to the inside which on inspection was clearly welded in the wrong place! Once drilled the door was a good fit and gladly the cabinet passed inspection the follow evening. Had there being more time for me to complain and get this cabinet sent back for a replacement then I would have but then again as the product states it is built to standard that police will accept and it should never have come to having to modify it or to even write such a review. My next cabinet shall be bought elsewhere.

long story short i am not impressed on either my orders from this company and will likely not order from them again, the only good side is it showed up in the end.

when ordered i was told it would be next day delivery, i ordered Friday evening, so assumed it would turn up on Monday but it didn't it came Tuesday. i was not told which date the cabinet would come either so therefore had to wait in for 2 days as was unsure of when it was arriving. also the cabinet came without the foam insert inside. messaged supplier stating which cabinet i bought on the day of arrival asking for one to be sent out asap but still had no reply three days later. overall not impressed.

I still haven't received my delivery but my poor rating is based on the relative lack of aftersales service. I placed my order on Thursday midday and it's now Monday evening but I have not received any confirmation of dispatch and there would appear to be no way of tracking the delivery. I suppose I'm going to have to stay in for the next 3 to 5 days!

Got my surname wrong even after I had spelt it using international phonetic alphabet - it is still wrong on your e-mail. I had to ring Julie at Winterfield as I was worried about my credit card name error. She did apologise and send me a corrected billing note. The delivery service was very good - next day. However on opening the package yesterday evening a note inside said to follow assembly instructions, there were none included! I have tried wringing Winterfield on 0845 004 8328, as their billing information suggests if I have any question,. Between 9. 11 a.m. and around 11. 30 a.m. today I have tried several times to find that line is engaged. I am not sure if the assembly note applies to this product, if not why enclose a note saying follow the assemby instructions ? Frustrated at lack of contact !

False advertisement of free delivery! I was really delighted when the post and package was going to be free, even after entering my postcode and the website confirming my address, but 4 days after my order i receive a phone call from Winterfield Safes telling me that in actual fact i have to pay £25 delivery, as this is a present for my partner that he has chosen i really have no choice but to pay this. I could have ordered from another site to get free delivery And would have do exactly that! Feel cheated! Will never recommend or use this site again!
