Wasn`t impressed. Ordered a driving side door mirror for 2001 Ford Fiesta Flight which we have had from new. Whilst the mirrow would fit it was 17mm wider than the original equipment mirror and looks at odds with the passenger side mirror.

Nothing impressed me with this order, slow delivery probably due to the weather, and I believe the wrong part was sent to me, it had no electrical connections and it stated on my order it was a heated .

quick and easy to order, however when my order arrived it was completely the wrong product. I tried to chat online to sort it out, but was told to email, which I did and never got a reply. When I called 10:30am on Saturday (supposed to open at 10am on sat according to website) it said they were closed. When I got through later that day the man was extremely rude, didn’t once apologise and just said he’d send a returns code and hung up. Really poor service

Nothing. Parcel was not delivered on due day. One part was missing. When I rang to speak to someone regarding yhe missing part, he was aggresive and rude, not at all helpful.
