quick and easy to order, however when my order arrived it was completely the wrong product. I tried to chat online to sort it out, but was told to email, which I did and never got a reply. When I called 10:30am on Saturday (supposed to open at 10am on sat according to website) it said they were closed. When I got through later that day the man was extremely rude, didn’t once apologise and just said he’d send a returns code and hung up.
