“Recently bought a camera from your Kendal store, really satisfied with the advice and help. A few days later rang the shop to order an additional lens. They did not have it in stock but they suggested I ordered it from the online store. This I did but when it arrived I had ordered one with the wrong fitting. Visited the Kendal shop again and they quickly resolved it, taking back the incorrect lens and ordering the correct one. Great service. That's why I like to use real shops rather than buying online.”

“I bought an item from Wilkinson and it arrived well on time, very well packed and to the spec expected. I realised the item although being a lovely piece of kit was not what I needed. I phoned Wilkinson's regarding returning the item (as new) and was given all the help needed to obtain a refund which was very quickly dealt with. I will certainly look to use this company again.”
