“I phoned Wilkinsons after looking at a Sony camera on their website listed as "In Stock". Once I had confirmation that the product I wanted was indeed in stock and at a price acceptable to me I was advised that the quickest way to place an order was via the website. I was told delivery would be around 2 working days. I placed my online order at around 1pm and assumed it would be packaged and sent for delivery the following day and I would receive this probably two days later after that. However the following afternoon (i.e. around 24 hours after placing my order) it was delivered to my door! The box was very well packaged and the camera shiny and new. This is good Customer Service - well done!”
