“I have just ordered a pair of Hawke Frontier Ed x 8x25 binoculars from your online store. I had a choice of various sellers at the same price. I chose to buy from Wilkinson's because of the excellent, caring customer service I received over the phone, when I was originally going to buy from your Preston store. I reserved and then cancelled the reservation. The person who dealt with this could not have been more helpful or understanding. Unfortunately I do not have the man's name to commend him.
