“The team called to apologise following the CrowdStrike issues as my delivery may be delayed due to potential issues with the delivery company, the website said 3 to 4 working days and I ordered Thursday with arrival on Monday. The camera was well packaged, arrived in plenty of time, the staff were very nice. The most expensive item I've bought, brilliant discount on the website (I've been looking about for the camera for a number of months and this was the best legitimate price with outgoing grey market) and a 3 year warranty.”

“I am more than happy to recommend buying from your company. I would however suggest you consider using another delivery service as Parcel Force left a lot to be desired. The lens I bought has already proved to be excellent for travel photography as it travelled the length and Breast of Gt Britain before being delivered to me. It went from your store to a depot in Preston. It then went to a depot in Liverpool and was due to be despatched but there was a problem apparently and it was sent to Coventry before being returned to Liverpool. And eventually being delivered on Tuesday 10 th July after having been originally purchased on Wednesday 3 rd July. It beggars belief. There are far better delivery companies available.”

From checking the status of the tracking it appears that the parcel has ended up at the incorrect depot and then to the main hub during transit however can see it did make its way you and within the standard delivery (3-4 working days) We hope you enjoy using your new equipment.
