“The item (a lens) was competitively priced and carefully packed: and Wilkinsons's dispatch of it was prompt. Unfortunately their couriers (Parcel Force) then either failed to attempt to deliver it or didn't bother to leave any card notifying me they had tried--moreover their tracking number did not work. However when I inquired of Wilkinsons as to what had happened they were extremely helpful in tracing the item and enabling me to retrieve it from Parcel Force's depot. I'm pleased with the lens and was impressed with Wilkinson's service. I would certainly recommend them.”

Delivery was very good and the shipping was adjusted to avoid the package being in a delivery depot over the Easter weekend which made total sense to me. Various dealers had used versions, Wilinson had the best price and promised good condition.
