“My original visit was back in October 2023 for new shower wall boards. The lady serving me appeared knowledgeable but didnt write anything down and as I had looked at quite a few things, I suggested that she may want to do this to ensure my order was correct, but she assured me this was not necessary. Anyway, off to the till we go she reads out the order and price and I duly paid. When the goods arrived the shower wall boards were the wrong ones. MY FAULT FOR NOT CHECKING, I realise that and I should have done so, however the wall boards were of a similar name to my previous ones so I unfortunately assumed she had put the correct ones through. I coudlnt return these as my plumber was starting the next day. Hey ho lesson learnt, always check your order.”

“The toilet basin purchased was all fine until Plumber opened box to find fixing bolts and brackets not included in box he had to purchase somewhere local to us in z Hamilton! At my expense? Main thing is this could have been going further up north and to find these fixing products not in box could be more detrimental on installation? Other than everything was perfect! Better to know than not to know as it’s a Supplier problem to yourselves the problem lay with ! Yours William Cannon Hamilton , South Lanarkshire! !”

“The lady that served us was pleasant and helpful, I asked the assistant if that would give us a good heat for a small/average room, she seemed to know what she was talking about with her reply?? However we had to return the radiator as the plumber said it wouldn’t have enough heat output for the room. So had to return it and go elsewhere as you didn’t have much choice or stock. To be fair it is a bathroom showroom so that’s maybe why you don’t have many radiators Returns staff were excellent quick and efficient”

“There was a very good selection in the store and we were able to find something that suited our space. Delivery was as agreed and when we had a damaged sink it was replaced without question.”

“On the whole very good. Good value for money but had to wait quite a few weeks for some items. Also when one item arrived it was wrong and had to be returned. Generally the staff were helpful”

“I gave 4 star because some parts were missing on the original order but, after a brief telephone call they quickly corrected the error and I received the missing parts within 24h.”

“Ordered bathroom in store, staff very helpful, the only downside to our transaction was that 1 item was out of stock and we had to collect from store despite paying for delivery for all parts. That said we had a slight problem with part of the delivery, this was resolved by the branch without fuss. All in all a good service”

“Half of the goods delivered were smashed to bits, really need to look at your courier service contractors. Thankfully Wholesale replaced the damaged goods without charge, although decided to uplift ourselves this time.”
