“Had a vague idea of what I wanted and Zoey suggested changes/improvements which I was very happy with. She was lovely and patient and knew all the products well. We have a list to work from now and a lot of it came from her. I was not looking forward to getting our bathroom done but her enthusiasm and knowledge got me excited about it again. I will have to go back to finalise a few things but not as many times as I feared!”

“We purchased a bathroom from Domestic Bathrooms in 2023. In the last few days we developed a leak coming from the bath spa equipment. I have a disability and depend on using the bath daily. I identified the fault as coming from the suction cover but unfortunately it was not possible to remove this cover without destroying same. I contacted their whirlpool engineer (Dylan Harkins) who within an extremely short period of time identified and sourced the part required , packaged it leaving it in the reception, then contacted me to updated me with the circumstances. I guess it took Dylan less than 30 minutes to carry out this request which then turned out to be free of charge. I did not think that this amazing and outstanding type of service existed any more. Thank you very much to Dylan and all of the team.”

“Bijaya at Wholesale Domestic, Hillington, is outstanding. He has expert knowledge of every product and is always extremely friendly and helpful, consistently going above and beyond. We’ve placed four orders so far and have been lucky enough to be served by him on three occasions. On one visit, we thought the radiator we wanted was out of stock and were ready to leave, but Bijaya took the time to talk us through all the alternatives and made sure we left with exactly what we needed. He is a real credit to the business and an asset to any sales team.”

“A big thank you to everyone that helped us , Linda in the showroom, advised us and helped with choices when ordering our new bathroom and tiles. The delivery guys were fantastic sorry I didn’t get your names, 2 packs of tiles were damaged , so they said they would return with new ones in the afternoon which they did . A Hugh thank you to Luigi in your help centre , the sink unit was damaged and he ordered a new one to be delivered very quickly, absolutely no hassle at all . Bathroom in now and all looking fantastic”

“Excellent company to do business with. I purchased a bathroom vanity unit with toilet suite from the Edinburgh branch which was of excellent quality, however had an issue with one of the doors. This was replaced in a very short timescale without any fuss, excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.”

“Our experience of Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms has been very straight forward and helpful. The staff are all very knowledgeable about the products ( we visited several times as we were spoiled for choice) on our first purchase /estimate 16/8 we were assisted by Ian Fargher . He was very entertaining and engaging and quickly helped us choose the most suitable products for our new bathroom. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase but we did return and place our order. We are delighted by the quality of our tiles and our bathroom looks great. We returned to the showroom on 1st Noveber to buy other tiles , shower tray and enclosure to refurbish our 2nd bathroom. We were assisted by sales advisor Lindsay Fraser and quickly found and bought everything we required within a short period o time. We'll done Lindsay for helping us with everything. I would recommend Wholesale Bathrooms not only for quality products but plenty of choice and easy to locate and park.”

Steve Brown guided us through the process of choosing all that we needed for the renewal of our shower room and bathroom with, for us, the greatest of ease.
