Glasgow Branch sold me bath taps instead of wash hand basin taps. Salespeson had not a clue.

I purchased bath screen from Wholesale Domestic. The display screen was much better quality then what they sold me in pack. I recommend every buyer to check before take your stuff away.

Customer service was terrible. I received two emails telling me that my items were ready for collection. Both times, they were not. It was not until the third time that I managed to collect my full order. The floating mechanism from the cistern was faulty on two of them. The third one they gave me finally worked.

Made a mistake and ordered bath too small. Asked to return the bath and get next size up but told you could not do this for me. It is too expensive £90 to return so have had to shop elsewhere for a larger size. Now left with a brand new bath that stands me in £197 loss. As you can imagine we are not impressed at the service. We purchased wet wall and were sold trims which the joiner didnt require some of. We tried to return but were informed we were just over the very short return date. A credit note was offered instead.

Pretty poor to be honest. Sold items that didn't fit the rest of the suite, spoke to sales about adding items but connectors missing (even when asked if i needed) i had to go in store to determine that. Shower unit not working. All in all i needed to go back to Wholesale domestic 3 times to fix issues

The woman we talked to in-store didn't have any idea about toilets and was unpleasant. After everything got delivered we noticed shower head was weird noises. We got told they are all like that. Feels cheap plastic and it's making rattling noises when moved. Now, we also ordered a unit with a basin. It came with wrong bottle trap. Wrong size that doesn't actually fit into the unit. Also the way the unit is made is shocking. Really bad quality product.

Had visited the store in Hillington Estate on the 22nd July; having waited approximately 15 minutes to speak to a store assistant (who initially ignored me and began speaking to a male customer who had "called her over," she did apologise.) I had shown her the piece of shower screen sealant required for 4, six foot doors for the shower we had purchased from Wholesale Domestic a few years ago. We proceeded to the depot for collection where we informed you don't supply 6ft sealant and what we had been sold was for the bottom of a shower screen that is flush with the edge of a bath. Despite selling shower doors with the sealant on your products, why don't you sell replacements? It also took 48hours for the money to be paid back into my account. Managed to purchase the sealants on Amazon.

Customer Service?….dreadful. Won’t waste my time going into detail. Because let’s face it, it’s Customer Service. You’d think they’d know how greet/treat/update customers!…but you’ve got the cash by then. Would definitely NOT recommend them.

Missing parts that couldn't be collected due to staff shortage at warehouse. Wrong toilet base delivered. When exchanged was given a toilet base that had been opened and was a second that had damage. Items should have been delivered but were mistakenly marked for collection, triton shower that when fitted ( properly ) only produced cold running water. Item not fir for purpose yet no exchange was allowed until triton called to fix shower?????? Second shower!

staff are great. bought some bathroom materials from them, on my third shower tray, as. The first one had moulding dimples in it which were getting deeper, 2nd tray was delaminated from its base 3rd one was fine so far. but only in a few months, let's see what happens, next item off the same order arm to support the shower head started peeling the finish coat leaving the main copper body showing. had to remove the shower screen now 2 times and replace it, also repair walls and tiles, also repair walls and tiles around shower trays as replaced. these items were purchased around Nov, 2022 all other items replaced around May 2023 second shower tray was replaced around October 2022, again staff great all materials picked up from Hillington, by myself

Poor quality products! Purchased a sink/toilet vanity unit and the unit split at the sides within three weeks of it being installed. Appalling customer service blamed us and said it was due to it being water logged, despite it being a vertical surface. Only after following up the initial response were we issued with a replacement unit. We were still left with the cost of the plumber to remove the old unit and install the replacement.

Every bit of furniture I brought had a problem with like having to returning taps from the shower enclosure seal not fitting and that's just 2 out off 10 problems

the staff were excellent with the service they gave however the goods were damaged and by the packaging they had been returned by a previous customer resulting in further damage which i have had to replace or repair and after a replacement of one item this was also returned as it was damaged in transit this is not good either for you the supplier or for the customer who as spent a large sum with i feel i have not had a good experience

Bought a shower screen and choose to pick up,couldn’t get in my car so had to cancel …do I went online and bought same item with delivery £266.00 ..I got an order Num which disappeared I didn’t get a email fro u ,when checking my credit card it was approved and £266 taken from my card ..when I phoned yourselves they couldn’t find the order I got a ref mob for transactions but u still can’t find it some I’m waiting on £229 refund on to my debit card and £266 on my credit card…just not good enough had to purchase another shower screen from a different company if I could giive minus 10 I would …The sales girl Alice was tremendous it was only after that I had a issue

Been using wholesale domestic for lots years bought 2 radiators recently price turned out to very expensive after purchase found 2 places considerably cheaper ie Wayfair amazon should say not a few pounds but a big difference for same items will be more careful in future. Always thought wholesale were the cheapest learned a lesson certainly will say to friends also to be careful with purchases

Two vanity units had to be returned both damaged. Our bathroom was late in getting started due to unforseen curcumstances and had to return a side shower screen which didnt fit into the space, it was returned within 3 weeks they would not refund money only a credit note which we wont use. Shocking service.
