Hi, I was fairly disappointed in my last bathroom purchase from WSD. When I left the showroom all items were in stock. By the time I got to the warehouse the bath I had ordered couldn't be found along with the vanity basin and shower screen not being in stock. It took 2 weeks for the shower screen and 4 weeks for the vanity basin to arrive. Not forgetting the countless times I had to call in to find out the progress of my order. Only to be told in January that my basin was then going to be delivered. If I hadn't called in I wouldn't have known. Extremely disappointed in the customer service

I recently bought 5 sheets of wetwall, and the silver trims to go. After fitting the wetwall and trims it was time to take the protective film off the trim, and much to my disapointment the chrome came off most of it leaving it white. So I've now ripped it all off and having the room plastered. The staff were helpful at the time if purchase , but the quality of the product was so disappointing.

Not normally one to leave reviews . Have always used wholesale domestic for all our bathroom renovations with no issues , but cannot say the same this time . All started with choosing our bathroom to which we told the sales advisor that we needed the stuff off the shelf as we had a time limit and no time for special order items . We were assured that our items would be available to pick up next day and one item would be a couple of days . We were fine with that . We arranged for a plumbing company to come in the following weekend to fit all the furniture . I Phoned the night before to arrange to pick up our items . Someone was supposed to phone us back but that never happened so we assumed everything was ok . The following morning we called again and was given the bombshell that 2 of our items were not available and would take another 3 weeks !!!!! Given the fact that we had stated we needed everything ASAP , Why did no one call to let us know ?? We were left with an in usable bathroom and a plumbers bill for the day as this had been booked !! I phoned customer service to inform them of our inconvenience and disappointment at their lack of communication and eventually after a lot of calls backwards and forwards I was offered compensation of £150 ……. The plumbers bill was £300 for their day of being unable to carry out any fitting ! Needless to say I have not had any further calls or the £150 that was promised !

I ordered a new bathroom suite on 2/5/21 which was in the region of £1k to £2k I was told this would be delivered on the 8/5/21 however the bath panel which I ordered was on back order and would follow at the end of the month. I understand things can be hard to source during a pandemic however I waited until the end of October until I received this item, 6 months after the original purchase. I have a few issues with your customer promise, customer service and your communication. 1st of all when returning to your establishment at the end of each month I was met with an agent who found each query a chore. When asked when the product I purchased and paid for was to be in stock I was always told it would be at the end of the month when a container arrives, again after hearing this for 4 months in a row and having to personally attend your shop to find this news out you can understand my frustration, well I hope so. On 1 occasion I was actually granted with the service from which I can only think was a more senior person as they arrived from a different room again this seemed to be a hassle because the item I purchased was not in stock and had not arrived so why am I asking? I am asking because this product which you could not give me was still on display and for sale in your showroom and other customers were perhaps going to suffer the same experience as i have had. The person who dealt with me was rude however I was to get a full refund however the person who suggested this did not finish the transaction and sent another to deal with it, again very poor customer service and the impression that I got was that you are very happy to take the customers money but you cannot full fill your transaction agreement however the customer is lead to believe its everyone else fault. This was August I received the refund however was told I would be contacted when the product arrived, I was not contacted at any point and just by chance when passing I decided to pop in and to my amazement was told my product had arrived and was told to wait at my car. I waited an hour, I then went back inside to ask what was going on as customers were coming and going only to be told that they had lost my slip. After waiting 6 months for this am I suprised i only waited an hour however I do believe there was a more sinister point to that wait. I have found this whole experience terrible from start to finish, youdelivered the wrong bath to start then the 6 month waot for the panel, the lack of customer service from any of your team was shocking and I nhave never experienced such poor service from any company. I will be advising family and friends not to use your company unless there is some explanation for such a horrific experience and I don't mean using waiting on the container excuse.

Worse wholesale superstore. Blaming there shipping Company for there poor staff work ethics/ customer care. Lot a lot of money from this Company.DONT BUY ANYTHING OF THEM

Bought a bathroom sink with toilet and unit attached.two years on sink cracked it was glass. Apparently it was only under guarantee for a year.not very happy about that.you don’t expect a sink to only last a couple of years

I have bought many bathroom items gems from Wholesale Domestic over the years but I can honestly that I won’t again. I was renewing my daughter’s bathroom for her and the day before it was delivered I called to check on the time only to be informed that there were items out of stock including the bath!!! Thank goodness for Victoria Plumb as they helped us out with a next day delivery bath. Last year I renovated my bathroom not a beautiful shower room only to have to return the sink unit after 6 weeks as it had started to swell. WD, to be fair, replaced it no questions asked but I had to pay a tradesman to remove the old one and refit the replacement. On top of this I paid £250 for a mirror that is unusable as after about 3 months it beeps constantly when switched on. I didn’t want to have to pay another tradesman to fix it.

Multiple issues, lack of equipment, poor communication ended up paying for plumber for 2 days for no reason as parts weren't delivered. Then had to go to Glasgow as they lost the order. Products at a very good standard.

Asked for my complaint to be escalated to Manager. Still waiting on courtesy of a reply. Short story - last 2 tiles were broke. Had to travel 60 mile round trip to get replacements between Xmas and New Year for tiler to complete job. When we got home tiles wrong colour. When we phoned we were asked ‘are you sure?’. Still waiting on replacements.

Ordered and paid for bathroom suite in June because we were told it would guarantee the stick being available. Called early August the week before delivery and told everything was there and ready. Delivery arrives with sink unit missing. Called to query to be told it would arrive mid September. Mid September comes and goes without a word so called and told it would be mid October. This left us with an unfinished bathroom for nearly 3 months, and an extra £100 to pay the plumber to come back and fit it. Ignored when we suggested they should pick up the tab.

Order not sent when it should items either not received wrong item received or items broken. Promises broken regarding order and left me 6-7 weeks washing in a basin as had to cancel my plumber 4 times and complaint I sent end of Nov hasn’t even been acknowledged or replied to

I purchased a new self closing wc seat which I was told was the same one I had previously purchased on arrival home I removed packaging etc to fit to wc but it was the wrong one I returned within 1hr of purchase to have it exchanged for the right one but was refused as I had removed the cellophane I even asked if they could swap for a displayed one that I would hav accepted but again was refused I had to buy a 2nd wc seat at £39 and I'm left with one that does not fit my wc The complete bathroom suite was purchased from you at a cost of over £1000 previously and they couldn't even make allowance and swap over The seat for another one Very very disappointed with the way I was treated and doubt if I would recommend to friends or family

Ordered in September and still waiting for my sink to come not even an email from them saying it was delayed so 5 months with a half finished bathroom . The company is a joke wouldn't use or recommend its now end of January and still no sign of it or an email
