I ordered a new bathroom suite on 2/5/21 which was in the region of £1k to £2k I was told this would be delivered on the 8/5/21 however the bath panel which I ordered was on back order and would follow at the end of the month. I understand things can be hard to source during a pandemic however I waited until the end of October until I received this item, 6 months after the original purchase. I have a few issues with your customer promise, customer service and your communication. 1st of all when returning to your establishment at the end of each month I was met with an agent who found each query a chore. When asked when the product I purchased and paid for was to be in stock I was always told it would be at the end of the month when a container arrives, again after hearing this for 4 months in a row and having to personally attend your shop to find this news out you can understand my frustration, well I hope so. On 1 occasion I was actually granted with the service from which I can only think was a more senior person as they arrived from a different room again this seemed to be a hassle because the item I purchased was not in stock and had not arrived so why am I asking? I am asking because this product which you could not give me was still on display and for sale in your showroom and other customers were perhaps going to suffer the same experience as i have had. The person who dealt with me was rude however I was to get a full refund however the person who suggested this did not finish the transaction and sent another to deal with it, again very poor customer service and the impression that I got was that you are very happy to take the customers money but you cannot full fill your transaction agreement however the customer is lead to believe its everyone else fault. This was August I received the refund however was told I would be contacted when the product arrived, I was not contacted at any point and just by chance when passing I decided to pop in and to my amazement was told my product had arrived and was told to wait at my car. I waited an hour, I then went back inside to ask what was going on as customers were coming and going only to be told that they had lost my slip. After waiting 6 months for this am I suprised i only waited an hour however I do believe there was a more sinister point to that wait. I have found this whole experience terrible from start to finish, youdelivered the wrong bath to start then the 6 month waot for the panel, the lack of customer service from any of your team was shocking and I nhave never experienced such poor service from any company. I will be advising family and friends not to use your company unless there is some explanation for such a horrific experience and I don't mean using waiting on the container excuse.
