“Production from you is good. Design-process by customer is reasonably straightforward. As a small organisation it would be more efficient for us to be able to specify less than 1,000 tickets. We'd like to be able to specify a different ticket-stub but not at extra cost. We'd like to see a breakdown of shipping costs up-front instead of at the point of completion.”
