“Easy to order, arrived in good time, and good quality. Would have scored 5 but when I called to order few more of the same order I was told 1000 is the lowest quantity you can order in, which was too much. Big shame.”

Dear Ms Herbe We are sorry about your experience with DPD. However, as we mentioned yesterday on the telephone, they did leave a card with you twice (they have provided a photo of your front door as proof) and as you did not contact them, they eventually sent your parcel back to us. We notice that you have used two email addresses - one to contact us and another which you used when placing your order which was then forwarded to DPD. It might be worth checking that email address as that is where all the email correspondence from us and DPD would have been sent. Please note as per your instructions we have sent out your parcel again today. Kind regards Mike Green The Support Team
