Unfortunately parcel was stolen, not weirdfishes fault, but can't therefore review. Was really looking forward to getting the cards as they're always great quality.

Mixed view. My order was dealt with quickly and competently, as always , a great service and a great product. However, I responded to the advert re: 15 cards for £10 but at the checkout I was being charged £28. Couldn’t find out what was going on?

Usually very efficient but the last order in October had missing and substituted items that have not been replaced.

Products are good but this is the second time I have had a damaged parcel with most of my order missing. Response to emails is slow and re sending out the order was slow too.

Day after ordering a set of cards and tin to keep them in you offer a free tin with an order. Very frustrating and I’m sure impending offers are known and could be passed on? Not good customer service and makes you less disinclined to order again.

The cards were beautiful and the offer of 10 cards for £10 was fantastic. The biggest let down was the delivery time. I paid for standard Royal Mail delivery. Most people would expect delivery within a few days. I ordered on the 3rd of October and they weren’t dispatched until the 10th. This was a real let down and the only reason I would likely not order again.

As I was ordering the Christmas Cards from you I was offered 5 rolls of Christmas paper for free. The cards arrived but the paper has never arrived.cojld you please arrange for it to be sent thank you Carole Higson Stevehiggie1957@hotmail.com

I felt the Customer Service was poor when I asked if the tin was included in my order. I have purchased many items over the last couple of months as have my family. This lack of goodwill has left a butter taste & so will reluctantly purchase elsewhere.

Cards fabulous as expected. Despatch awful. Even though I have bought from Whistlefish before my address was not complete for Royal Mail to deliver. I spoke to Whistlefish and advised that my goods had not arrived. Another despatch was organised. Still nothing received and only at the third attempt did I get the cards. Not good.

I really like the cards but thought it took far too long to get them delivered. I will probably use again but buy well in advance. I had to go to the town and buy cards in person as I had actually run out. I suppose I'm too used to Amazon delivering a day later

The products I received which I wanted were fantastic! The incorrect products which I received, emailed about and am still awaiting a response not so great!

I received my parcel very promptly. Unfortunately there was one card missing. The same thing happened to my previous order and I was sent another card as a replacement. I have not yet complained about my last order as I have been on holiday. Gill Gibb

I love the cards & fantastic value but took 9 days to arrive from ordering to delivery & I had to go out and buy more cards!

The cards are very good. However, I found the ordering page very awkward. I wanted to make the delivery address different from the billing address and how to achieve this was not obvious. Sadly the order was sent to the billing address and I was unable to change this. Disappointed.

I’ve bought cards and paper from you for years and originally the cards came in clear wrappers. Obviously they had to go with companies becoming greener, so we’ve now got stickers. This is fine apart from the fact that the stickers are becoming more and more sticky, to the point where the cards are marked by trying to remove it! I have contacted customer service twice regarding this matter and was asked to email you, including photo evidence of the stickiness. Obviously this is nye on impossible as the glue is clear!! I know this is not just a problem with me, as friends who order from you too are having the same issues! The lady I spoke to latterly sounded like she didn’t care less, so I stopped anymore interaction thinking I just wouldn’t order again. This review then landed in my inbox so I decided this might be the best place to explain my findings.

I saw a card of Plymouth in a frame which I wanted and was willing to put in my ten cards also purchase the frame which is was mounted and pay the price but the assistant refused to sell it and the Plymouth cards would be later of the week

Bought some tea towels, apron etc in a sale but was rather disappointed with the quality. Glad I didn't pay full price. Otherwise, cards seem to be good quality but not too many humerous ones to choose from.

Lovely quality cards but two out of 10 cards were incorrect items The lady in the call centre was very polite and told me the problem would be rectifiedbut no time scale given. I'm waiting for the replacement items to be dispatched.

I ordered two gifts and the order was confirmed, yet when the order arrived it said the items were unavailable and I had been given a refund. These were presents for my grandchildren and I have not found anything like them despite looking far and wide. I now have no little something to give them for their birthday. This is the first time Whistlefish has let me down.
